She is actively involved in Education, Healthcare and Social Care, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise in diagnostic assessment & therapy, telespeech consultation, parent coaching and teacher training. As an entrepreneur and co-founder, she leads business strategy, evidence-based practice and family-centered care at Blueprinsm. With the heart and mission to serve “Every Family, Every Child”, she envisions to enable nationwide access to quality Speech-Language Pathology care. Yew Ling is passionate about working with families from diverse backgrounds. She oversees center operations to ensure every family receives the best service for their child. She monitors, leads, and trains team members to optimize their development and contribute to the company’s growth. Yew Ling holds a Bachelor of Psychology and a Diploma in Counseling from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology, where she applied her knowledge and skills in her work setting.

Jenevy is a clinical psychologist with experience in supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental needs, mood disorders, emotional difficulties, executive dysfunction, and behavioural challenges. She specializes in a variety of psychological assessments and interventions which allow her to assess, diagnose, and treat diverse populations. Her expertise lies in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, which she employs along with other therapy approaches such as Dialectical Behavioural Therapy.
Jenevy has worked in both rural and metropolitan areas, including a hospital in Port Dickson and psychological clinics in the Klang Valley district. Her experience includes delivering mindfulness programs to medical doctors and nurses to enhance their psychological well-being, working closely with schools to provide screening and assessments for children with challenging behaviours, and conducting psychoeducational workshops for adolescents and parents, both local and international. Her range of exposure has enabled her to apply both scientific knowledge and compassion in her work, which drives her commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of those she serves.

Carol is a certified Clinical Psychologist with expertise in handling child psychological and behavioral issues.
She has worked in private psychological centers,
government hospitals, and universities, where she gained experience conducting diagnostic intakes, assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for a diverse population,
including children, students, adolescents, chronic pain patients, and the geriatric population.
Carol also has extensive experience working with neurodiverse children (e.g., ADHD, Autism, learning disabilities). She practices evidence-based treatments
such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Play Therapy, and Art Therapy. Additionally,
she is involved in hypnosis training and applies relaxation techniques to help clients cope better with anxiety, depression, stress, and pain. Her experience in helping patients with chronic pain has allowed her to discover
the relationship between the feeling of pain and various psychological factors that improved her skills in identifying mental health issues.
She works as a Clinical Psychologist in various private sectors and as a Personal Learning Assistant at Garden International School. With extensive and inspiring clinical and educational experiences, she has recently developed an educational center called “AfterSchool” with an outstanding TILLSS program that aims to facilitate children’s language literacy skills and social skills by incorporating technology and dynamic teaching strategies.
Carol believes that her empathetic and compassionate approach sets her apart as a Clinical Psychologist and Educator. She firmly adheres to the saying, “There is a solution to every problem.” By establishing a strong therapeutic alliance with children and their families, and building trust and rapport, she fosters and supports their personal growth and well-being.

Ashley Jinivon holds an equivalency certificate in Music Therapy from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College in the USA. She also has a Bachelor of Music degree with a specialization in voice from the International College of Music in Kuala Lumpur. Ashley completed her internship at The Mount Sinai Hospital Louis Armstrong Department of Music Therapy in Manhattan, where she earned a certificate in the ‘Rhythm Breath and Lullaby’ method for the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).
Ashley has a wealth of experience working with preterm infants and their families, inpatient oncology, intensive care units, individuals with special needs, older adults with mental health needs, and more.
She believes in a client-centered approach, always meeting clients where they are and prioritizing safety and relationships to foster change. She understands that healing and growth take time and emphasizes the importance of staying committed to the journey to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Life is often filled with unexpected events and circumstances that may affect our well-being. However, Hui Ling firmly believes we can all work through our struggles, including children. She is passionate about supporting clients through difficult phases in life, aiming to empower children by nurturing their innate capacity for growth.
As a registered counsellor and Play practitioner, Hui Ling fosters a supportive and empathetic environment to help children navigate their challenges and achieve personal growth, addressing areas such as social struggles (bullying), emotional struggles (anxiety, anger issues), personal development (self-esteem, identity), career/work-related concerns, burnout, stress, traumas, and parental concerns. She utilizes a person-centered approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Low-Intensity CBT (LiCBT), Play Therapy, and other evidence-based techniques to support her clients. Accumulated eight years of experience in various settings, Hui Ling has had the privilege of working with a diverse clientele background, both locally and internationally, including children, teenagers, and adults. In addition, Hui Ling provides consultation to parents and teachers on understand the child’s issues and offering strategies for parents and teachers to manage the child’s well-being.
Outside of her professional life, Hui Ling finds joy in reading, journaling, and working out. Her enriching experience of working in various settings has broadened her perspective. Hui Ling is fluent in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese, which allows her to connect with clients from different cultural background.

Hoi Mun is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who provides early intervention services to individuals with special needs using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), an evidence-based practice for treating Autism.
She works with many autistic individuals over the years and has utilized her specialty to support them in various areas – at home, at school, in the centre, 1 to 1, in group and through telehealth. She has also assisted families of individuals with special needs through conducting parent consultation and coaching.
She believes that with her expertise in ABA and collaboration with other professionals, she could reach out to wider audiences and assist them in their holistic growth.

Tze Le is a dedicated professional with a background in psychology. Her journey began during her internship, where she discovered her passion for supporting special needs children. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience in this area, specializing in applied behavior analysis.
During her college years, Tze Le led teams in various group projects, honing her leadership and collaborative skills. Early in her career, she obtained her QABA ABAT certificate within the first three months, demonstrating her commitment and expertise as a behavior therapist. She has also undergone Personal Learning Assistance (PLA) training, further enhancing her skills in providing individualized support.
Currently, Tze Le offers 1-to-1 ABA services to special needs children and provides educational support as a shadow aid in school settings. Her compassionate and empathetic approach sets her apart, and she firmly believes in the potential of every child to grow and thrive with the right guidance and support.

Committed to delivering high-quality services, she pursued credentials as a Qualified Autism Service Practitioner-Supervisor (QASP-S) and is currently studying professional counseling.
Olivia aims to integrate behaviorism and mental health to provide the highest quality of service to her clients. She aspires to leverage her skills and knowledge to raise autism awareness in Malaysia and help individuals develop the skills necessary for leading meaningful lives.

Xin Ying has 7 years of experience in the ABA field and was certified as a BCaBA in 2021. She is experienced in providing one-to-one ABA therapy to neurodivergent individuals from 2 to 14, in building up the fundamental skills and school readiness skills and creating interventions. She has worked closely with families through providing consultation and parents training as well as conducting training to teachers to advocate for and support neurodivergent individuals by raising awareness and providing strategies to create an inclusive environment. She believes each neurodivergent individual can learn and limitless potential with evidence-based interventions tailored to their needs and consistent support.

Samantha is an ASHA certified speech-language pathologist who graduated with her Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, Oklahoma where she gained clinical experiences working with the pediatric population in children rehabilitation hospitals, outpatient clinics, and public schools.
She is passionate about play-based therapy and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and families to empower each child to reach their fullest potential. Samantha is currently registered under the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).

She has honed her skills through work in rehabilitation hospitals and children’s hospitals in Singapore, as well as experience with multidisciplinary teams in Malaysia. Prior to her Speech-Language Therapy training, Rayshell spent three years as a behavioural therapist and volunteered with neurodiverse children.
Passionate about promoting acceptance and raising awareness of individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders, Rayshell believes in the power of education to effect positive change in the lives of those she works with.

Sofia received her Bachelor of Science in Speech Sciences from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. While in university, she has had clinical experiences in government hospitals as well as private practice settings, supporting clients of both adult and pediatric populations with needs in receptive/expressive language, social/pragmatic language, articulation, fluency, hearing, voice, and swallowing.
What she looks forward most to in a therapeutic process is brainstorming ideas to provide her clients with fun, creative, and meaningful Speech-Language Therapy services, in addition to working closely with multidisciplinary teams to discuss and bring forth the clients’ fullest potentials.

Sze Mei obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Chung Shan Medical University, Taiwan. Since 2014, she focuses on pediatric occupational therapy and has worked with children from a variety of age groups, backgrounds and challenges.
